Electricity is included in the price.
Starter packs of wood and smokeless fuel are provided.
All bedlinen, bath and hand towels, kitchen towel and tea towels are provided and included in the cost.
You will be welcomed on arrival and we request that you arrive between 2pm and 5pm or by arrangement.
A welcome pack is provided containing tea, coffee, milk, sugar, biscuits and home baked bread. Other items can be included on request at an additional cost.
Time of departure: 10am on day of departure.
On departure please leave the house in a clean & tidy condition, as you found it upon arrival.
Bookings will be confirmed upon receipt of 30% deposit and the balance of your holiday will be due 8 weeks before the holiday date. Bookings made within 8 weeks of your holiday date - full payment required.
A good housekeeping deposit of £150 is required when paying the balance. For breakages/spills, general damage and any extra cleaning. This will be returned to you within a week of your departure date.
Cancellation- If notice of Cancellation is given not later than 8 Weeks before your Holiday Date, you will not be liable to pay the outstanding balance, but you will lose your Deposit, unless you book an alternative week.
However if you cancel your Holiday within 8 Weeks you will be liable
to pay
the balance unless we receive an alternative booking from elsewhere.
Small to medium sized dogs are welcome by prior arrangement. There is an additional charge of £10 per dog (maximum 2 dogs).
Dogs should not be left in the house unattended and should be kept out of the bedrooms.
An additional bed suitable for a child and a cot is available on request.
Barbecue available on request.
The cottage and gardens are non smoking.
