In an elevated position, with stunning views over Loch Awe and Ben Cruachan, this very well equipped self-catering country house is set in its own garden on a 30-acre private estate close to the shore.

Cruachan House has been carefully designed to create an overall impression of light and space, whilst the layout of the accommodation makes the most of the fine location. A house which lends itself to both large and small parties. The kitchen, living room and ensuite double bedroom all being on the first floor making it very suitable for a couple wishing to enjoy the space but having everything to hand, and for the larger family party there is plenty of space with the additional balcony sitting area and also the table tennis room.

The grounds make an exciting play area or a very relaxing place to be at one with nature. There are good walks from the house, and the loch offers fishing, sailing, rowing, canoeing or just an interesting safe area for the children to play.

Ground floor: Spacious entrance hall. Master bedroom with double bed, en-suite bathroom. Two comfortably-sized twin-bedded rooms. Large shower room/wc. Drying room/Laundry with ample space. (Ideal for outdoor and sports clothes). Games room with table tennis table.

First floor: Fully equipped kitchen. Double bedroom with en-suite bathroom. Large living/dining-room with open fire and spiral staircase leading to Gallery sitting area with fabulous loch views, single bedroom and bathroom. Also off the first floor is the new sun deck with barbecue area and wonderful views. Table, parasol and ten chairs.
